DATA USES

We use your Personal Data:
For the preparation of relevant documents related to the legal obligations concerning the seller (accounting documents, duties related to reporting of tax authorities, issuing and storing Invoices, issuing purchase and sale agreements, complaints, claims, refunds).

Implementation of orders placed and delivery of the purchased goods

Data required to carry out these obligations:

Buyer’s personal details enabling us to contact them (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number)
Full delivery address (not required in the case of personal collection)
Company name, tax code and address (data needed to issue VAT invoices)
The above data is stored for any possible pursuance of claims and in case of unpaid receivables.

If the payment is made through your bank we are automatically informed of the account number. We only use this data to process refunds and not for any other reason.

DATA PROCESSORS

We use third party processors to collect, export, process and store Personal Data on our behalf. The processors we use currently are the following:

Payment Processor (Paypal, banks)
Delivery companies (couriers, post office)
Accountants, Tax Office
Staff members responsible for the implementation of shipped orders
Public institutions (only if necessary, to initiate execution of debts)

DURATION OF STORAGE

We will maintain records of your Personal Data until we complete your order and the warranty expires.
For the period of time determined by Tax Regulations (e.g. Accounting) forcing us to store particular data

Where we keep Personal Data files on local devices these devices are protected and accessible only to authorised Spidershop employees. We regularly review our security systems to ensure that your Personal Data remains safe and secure. Each customer is assigned an individual order number which we use to process your order.
